* Ingredients :
°4 cups of uncooked pasta
+To prepare the vinaigrette
°1 cup of mayonnaise
°1/4 cup white vinegar
°2 tablespoons of sugar
°2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
°Salt and Pepper
°1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
°1/2 cup green onions
°1 cup celery, cut into cubes
°3/4 cup red pepper, cut into cubes
°1/2 cup diced jalapeno
°1/2 cup grated carrots

Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Add the vegetables, then the cooked and drained pasta.
Cover and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
