Kamala the potty mouthed cook! Resurfaced video shows VP basting chicken and telling niece she ‘needs to f*****g learn’_l
A resurfaced video shows Vice President Kamala Harris cursing while mocking her niece for not knowing how to cook.
The now 59-year-old Democratic presidential nominee could be seen in the short video shared to X on Wednesday while seasoning chicken. Her niece, Meena Harris, prods her with questions.
‘What is the process of this juice?’ Meena presses her.
‘Oh come on honey, it’s a baster,’ she replies, incredulously.
The video then cuts a few minutes, as Meena once again asks her aunt what she is doing – to which she replies, simply, ‘caramelizing onions, Meena.’

She tells her niece, Meena, ‘You need to f***ing learn how to cook instead of video taping me’
‘Tell me more, tell me more,’ her niece begs, at which point Harris seems to snap.
‘You need to f***ing learn how to cook instead of video taping me,’ she said.
‘I’m trying to teach you, but you’re more interested in being a video person.’
The short TikTok video ends by showing the vice president take out the perfectly-browned chicken from the oven, to which Meena says, ‘Look at that.’
‘Get in my belly,’ Harris responds, before she engages in a passionate kiss with her husband, Doug Emhoff.

As the video spread online this week, Meena spoke out.
‘Why are you exposing me like this?’ she posted.
Another X user then replied, ‘Cause according to your auntie, ya a** can’t cook.’
But Meena insisted, ‘I’ve learned a lot in four years.’
The vice president has gone viral recently for her cooking videos as she travels across the country campaigning to be the next president of the United States.

In one video reshared last month, Harris gave advice on how to season a turkey during a 90-second break between TV interviews in 2019.
She suggests using kosher salt, fresh ground pepper and chopping up some thyme.
‘So do the salt and pepper all over, just like lather that baby up – on the outside, in the cavity,’ Harris says.
‘Mix that up with some thyme, you can also do some rosemary under the skin with some butter before you even cook it.’
She also said you should baste the turkey with some white wine and butter.
Other videos from her short-lived YouTube series, Cooking With Kamala, have also gained renewed attention amid her campaign for president.
In the most popular episode, with more than six and a half million views, shows Harris making masala dosa with actress Mindy Kaling, who starts off by saying ‘I don’t want to suffer the consequences of our future president not liking my Indian food,’ before the two bond over their shared South Indian heritage.
In another episode, Harris attributes her love of cooking to her childhood.
‘My mother said to me, “Honey, you like to eat good food. You better learn how to cook,”‘ she recalls.
But Harris is now facing backlash for her refusal to answer questions from the press.
After promising to do an interview by the end of the month, Harris’ campaign settled on an interview airing Thursday night on CNN with the network’s chief political correspondent and anchor Dana Bash.

But the interview will also include Vice Presidential candidate Tim Walz, prompting some Republican strategists to hit out at Harris.
‘I think it’s incredibly weak, weak sauce to show up with your running mate,’ former George W. Bush White House official Scott Jennings told CNN, where he serves as a commentator.
He said the move showed a ‘troubling lack of confidence in her political ability.’
‘The fact that they don’t have enough confidence in her to let her sit herself, the actual top of the ticket and do a single interview,’ he continued, speaking on Anderson Cooper‘s evening program on the network.
‘In fact, I think the handwringing and the gyrations over this, over the last month show a troubling, lack of confidence in her political ability,’ he added.
‘I think Republicans are going to think it’s pretty week to show up with effectively someone to take up half the time,’ he said.
