Luis Elizondo, 52, provided a theory as to what might have caused the Roswell incident 77 years ago
A former Pentagon employee has claimed the US government has alien remains
A former Pentagon worker has claimed that the US government has remains of extra-terrestrial life in a brand new book.
Luiz Elizondo, 52, pens in his new memoir Imminent: Inside the Pentagon’s Hunt for UFOs that officials retrieved “technology and biological objects” in the years after the famous Roswell crash in 1947.
Mr Elizondo was part of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Programme (AATIP) and led the department for eight years between 2009 and 2017.
The Times reported that Mr Elizondo wrote about a theory he had in relation to the Roswell crash and what may have caused the object to fall from the sky.
Mr Elizondo wrote: “Our primitive EMP (electromagnetic pulse) device must have somehow disrupted their propulsion bubble, rendering them vulnerable”
Mr Elizondo said this was “like a 757 losing all power on its jet engines. Four deceased nonhuman bodies were in fact recovered from the 1947 Roswell crash”.
AATIP, the department Mr Elizondo led, was set up by Harry Reid in 2007 and terminated in 2012, but Mr Elizondo claimed it continued even after it was shut over a decade ago. Mr Elizondo’s memoir continues to propel debate and discussion over UFO sightings in the USA and around the world.
The 1947 Roswell crash and other incidents involving the sightings of UFOs have been a source of intense speculation and debate since Roswell occurred 77 years ago. Earlier this year, that debate was reinvigorated when a senior US government official reportedly discussed the existence of “crashed UFOs” on social media.
Writing on X, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defence for Intelligence for George Bush and Bill Clinton Christopher Mellon released partly redacted Signal messages between unnamed intelligence official and himself.
Mr Mellon said the messages appeared to suggest a discussion about the recovery of UFOs in Kingsman, Arizona in 1953, nearly six years after Roswell. Mr Mellon’s post concerned the Kingman incident and the messages reportedly appeared to confirm that witnesses saw one object fall from the sky on in Nevada in May 1953.
As to why he released the messages, Mr Mellon wrote: “I’ve been sitting on this message for a number of years. I have also redacted portions of the document to protect the identity of the author.
“However, I recently obtained the author’s written permission to release it. It has also now been approved for public release by the Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review (DOPSR).
“My purpose in releasing this document, in the wake of the government’s blanket denials regarding the possession of off-world technology, is simply to help others understand why I and some others consider these allegations worthy of investigation.”
